Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. Manuscript contains scientific papers from research or study results related to the tourism and hospitality

2. Manuscripts that will be published in the Harmony Hospitality Journal are original scientific works, have not been published in other print or electronic media

3. The manuscripts are required to be adjusted according to the template of Harmony Hospitality Journal

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Writing style guidelines

  • Title:Writing titles should reflect the essence of the writing, be specific, and be effective
  • Abstract:The abstract contains the purpose, method, results, and conclusion, and does not exceed 250 words.
  • Keywords:Writing keywords reflects the concept of the article. Keywords can be words, phrases, or groups of words that reflect the manuscript content. Maximum 5 keywords for manuscript.
  • Introductions:The introduction clearly describes the background of the study, research context, research problems, research gap, research objectives, and state of art/novelty.
  • Methodology:Contain research/study design or research/study design, research/study goals and targets (population and sample), participant/subject/sample, data collection techniques, research/study models, and analysis techniques.
  • Result and Discussion:Contains the results of data analysis/policy analysis and answering research questions. The results are supported by evidence that is strongly reliable and properly validated. Discussion of the results is based on analysis of data. It highlights the results in accordance with the existing literature and previous findings.
  • Conclusion:General description that answers the problems and objectives of the research/study.
  • Reference:A reference use of literature sources in this journal using APA style
  • Manuscripts written in Englishor Bahasa Indonesia in formal way
  • Manuscripts use:
  1. Times New Roman font. The font size is 14 for the title, 12 for the name, 12 for the author's identity, 12 for the main article, 12 for the reference, 10 for the writings in tables, sources of images, and tables.
  2. the left margins are 4 cm, the bottom, top, and right margins are 3 cm. Written on A4 size paper (210 x 297 mm).
  3. The manuscript length 10-15 pages, with page numbers on each sheet.
  4. All manuscripts submitted are in Microsoft Word format (doc)
